ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL
When placing your order, please note that delivery time depends on two key factors — handling time and transit time.
1. Handling Time
This is the time between placing your order and when it is prepared for shipment (handed over to the carrier).
Typical handling times are as follows:

Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tops, etc.): 2–4 business days

Mugs: 1–3 business days
2. Transit Time

For U.S. Orders:
We use trusted carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most domestic packages are delivered via USPS local post service within 5–7 business days. -
For International Orders:
International packages are shipped through DHL eCommerce and transferred to the local postal service in the destination country. Average delivery time is 20–25 business days, depending on customs clearance.

The delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, holidays).

Orders will only be processed with a valid and complete shipping address. Invalid or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

Every shipment includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order status at any time.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information before finalizing your order.
SHIPPING RATE

Base Shipping Fee: $4.99 for the first item.

Additional Items: $2.50 for each additional item in the same order.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
We verify all addresses using USPS address validation prior to processing.
If your address is incomplete or invalid:

Your order will be placed on hold until we receive your confirmation.

If no response is received after a reasonable period, your order may be canceled.

We will notify you via the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct and complete before submitting your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer re-shipping for such cases since payments are one-time, and we do not retain payment data for additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
We always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, certain circumstances may lead to delays, such as:

Customs clearance delays for international shipments

ITEM NOT RECEIVE
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:

Check your tracking link for the latest shipping updates.

If the tracking status says “Delivered,” please check your mailbox and nearby delivery spots.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If the tracking status shows the package is still in transit, wait an additional 2–3 business days before reaching out to us.

If you missed a delivery, contact the carrier to schedule a re-delivery or arrange for a pickup.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

U.S. Orders: If the parcel has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipping date.

International Orders: If the parcel has not been delivered within 35 days from the shipping date.
Once confirmed, you may choose between a refund or a replacement.
